Mahavatar Babaji's Kundalini Kriya Yoga
Paramahamsa Yogananda and his book Autobiography of a Yogi brought to light the practice of Kriya Yoga to the modern world. This evolutionary practice was first revealed to householders by Lahiri Mahasaya. A simple yet marvellously quick path to self realisation for ordinary folks engaged in the grind of daily life. A practice that would liberate them and turn them inwards while occupied in conducting their outward life joyously.
True - Sat, Gurus - Masters come from time to time to rejuvenate and accelerate this practice to suit the evolving bio human. Yogiraj is one such Satguru.
The practice, at first, declutters and de hypnotises the errant mind by transforming and altering brainwave patterns through a wilful systematic yogic breath. Dissolving stubborn mindset and repetitive behaviour of the conditioned mind it liberates the practitioner into a more liberated way of life.
As the practice takes hold the yogi practitioner moves into higher and higher realms of realisation, ultimately realising themselves to be divine.
"To divinise the human and humanise the divine is the osmosis of Kriya Yoga," says Yogiraj Siddhanath.
